What kind of payment methods do you support?
We accept cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum and Litecoin) and Bank Transfers.
Can I pay using a credit card or PayPal?
The nature of the products doesn’t meet the terms and conditions of PayPal and credit card payment processors. Such terms include having 6 digit figures deposited as a guarantee, which we can’t afford. Click here if you want to learn more about this subject.
What shipping methods do you offer?
We offer Free Standard Shipping Worldwide which takes from 5 to 15 days after the order is processed. The second option is Express Shipping which takes from 2 to 6 days after the order is processed. The price of the Express Shipping depends on many factors, you can check the total shipping costs after adding your desired products to cart and proceeding to the checkout page. Our system will automatically calculate the express shipping costs.
When will my order arrive if I have paid today?
Every product has an individual processing time, which can be found on the specific product page, it can vary from 3 to 10 days. It also depends on the shipping method you have selected – Standard or Express shipping which can vary from 2 to 15 days. Please note that processing time and shipping time are not the same thing, the time needed for the whole delivery process is calculated when you add the two time frames together.
What will happen if I don’t receive my order?
First, you need to contact us in order to check with the shipping company. In case your shipment is lost, we will send the same one, free of charge. There is no way not to receive your order.
Which delivery companies do you use?
The Free Standard Shipping is handled by Express Mail Service(EMS), this shipping method takes from 5 to 15 days. The Express Shipping is handled by DPD or DHL, this shipping method takes from 2 to 6 days. Please note that DPD is available only for EU based clients.
Can I track my order while it is being shipped?
Yes, we will provide you with a tracking number and a link after the shipment is on it’s way.
Do you deliver to my country?
We offer worldwide shipping, without exceptions.
Can you declare a lower value for my order in front of the customs?
Yes, that is possible. Just write the desired value in the notes section of the checkout page. Please note that if the value is too low, we will contact you to negotiate a fair price.
Will I have to pay any extra fees or taxes in front of customs?
If you are located in the EU, you don’t have to pay any extra fees and your order will be delivered directly to your door. In the opposite case every country has a different policy regarding imports, you have to check that and also the prices and rates. We can help you only by declaring a lower value of the shipment.
How long is the period of the warranty on your products?
Every product has a different warranty period depending on the type of product and the condition in which it is sold – new or refurbished. The specific period can be found on every product page. The warranty for new products is mainly 24 months and for refurbished products it is mainly 6 months.
What is the process if a warranty event appears?
In case of failure of a product, you have to contact us. After that we will provide you with a shipping slip paid by us, so you can return the product for repair entirely free. After receiving the product we will repair it within 1 month and send it back via Standard Shipping. In case the product can’t be repaired, we will replace it with a new one and send it back to you.
Can I return a product that I have ordered?
According to the EU legislation, you can return the product in 14 days after receipt in the same condition you received it in.
